• Procurement Specifications: Product drawings, architectural schedules, sample requests, target quantities, ex-factory budgets, and incoterm preferences (FOB, CIF).
• Technical & Invoicing Records: Commercial pro-forma invoices, inspection reports, packing lists, bill of lading documentation, and bank transfer verifications.

3. How We Use Commercial Data

We process client information strictly for direct B2B operations:

• Conducting direct manufacturer price negotiations and auditing factory capabilities in Turkey.
• Arranging physical quality control audits, container packing inspections, and SONCAP/customs verification.
• Managing shipping logistics, marine cargo insurance, and freight forwarding tracking.
• Transmitting critical order updates via email and dedicated WhatsApp trade desk channels.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Protection

We never sell, rent, or trade your commercial data. Product specifications are shared only with vetted Turkish manufacturers under non-disclosure conditions required to generate accurate factory pricing. Logistics details are shared only with contracted freight shipping lines and customs clearance authorities.

All electronic communications, database entries, and transaction records are encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Physical documentation generated during factory audits is stored securely in our Istanbul operations office.
