Sourcing & Custom Orders
Can you source products that are not listed on the website?
Yes. Mattez Ventures specializes in custom Turkish procurement. You can share your required product specifications, architectural drawings, bills of quantities (BOQ), or reference photos for direct manufacturer identification.
What information should I provide when requesting a quote?
To provide an accurate factory estimate, please provide the product description, technical specifications, required order volume/quantity, delivery destination (e.g. Lagos, Onne, Tema), and target delivery timeframe.
Coverage & Markets
Do you work with businesses outside Nigeria?
Yes. While Nigeria is one of our primary African trade destinations, we coordinate Turkish factory procurement and export shipments to verified commercial enterprises across Ghana, Kenya, Cameroon, and other African markets.
Consolidation & Freight
Can you source from multiple Turkish suppliers and consolidate?
Yes. Where practical and requested, we coordinate procurement from multiple Turkish manufacturers into consolidated containerized sea freight (LCL/FCL) or air cargo shipments from Istanbul to reduce freight costs.
What level of shipping and logistics coordination do you provide?
We coordinate factory dispatch in Turkey, export documentation, EUR.1 / Certificate of Origin, bill of lading (B/L), Turkish customs clearance, and sea/air freight booking toward your destination port or city in Africa.
Quality & Verification
Can I request physical product samples before placing a commercial order?
Yes. We support sample procurement and international courier dispatch (DHL/FedEx) from Istanbul so you can evaluate manufacturing quality, material finish, and technical conformity prior to mass production release.
